       I've always heard about this movie, but just never sat down and watched it. First of all, I think the concept is super creative and Its for sure a one of a kind type movie. One thing I like is the add placements, like forcing Truman into a poster and holding a beer in a very particular way. I like how if I didn't know the premise of the movie was that it was a show on his life, I don't think I would pick up on some of the TV show aspects of the movie. Like the 4th wall breaks, the ad drops, the camera zooms, the shaky cam shots stuff like that. This movie might be one of my new favorites      I think Jim Carrey is a great actor and i think that he represents Truman very well. Truman is a very complex character. Hes somehow very manic while also being extremely aware and observational. I like how he kind of finds clarity while also going insane. Bros being gaslit for the whole movie. His wife's smile makes me want to hit her with a car. Everyone bothers me except

  I saw this movie all over my TikTok a few months ago, but I never actually watched it just because I thought it looked like a dumb movie. It seemed like a easy start for this blogs so I decided to just watch it. It really wasn't that bad. I usually avoid movies in other languages because i end up focusing more on the captions than the actual movie, but for some reason I didn't have a hard time watching this movie and keeping up. Going into watching the movie I knew a bit about it which definitely helped me understand what was going on.        I honestly did really like it. The lighting was always really cool, especially during the party and racing scenes. I thought the love story was cute and I've always really liked the whole enemies to lovers trope. HOWEVER, the stepbrother and stepsister trope is GROSS. That was my main turn off of the movie. I do think that Noah and Nick are a cute couple, and I think that they could really help each other grow. BUT THEY NEED TO FIGUR
